Before & After Care
To ensure the best possible results and minimize the risk of bruising, we recommend avoiding alcohol, aspirin, and supplements such as fish oil or ginseng for at least two weeks before your appointment. On the day of your treatment, please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin and inform your practitioner of any recent changes to your health or medications.
Following the procedure, it is important to protect the treated area by avoiding strenuous exercise, facial massages, and dental work for approximately 2 to 4 weeks. We suggest sleeping on your back with your head slightly elevated for the first few nights to reduce swelling. Always apply a high-quality sunscreen daily to protect your skin, and do not hesitate to contact our clinic if you have any questions or concerns during your recovery.
